Ripe Strawberries | Capella (20/50/100ml)

Ripe Strawberries by Capella is a strawberry flavour concentrate for fruit drinks, frozen desserts and bakery-inspired recipes. Build a strawberry-led recipe or try vanilla, raspberry or biscuit as partners.

Flavour profile

The product’s flavour direction is ripe strawberry. Use it as an individual strawberry component, with your recipe supplying the finished sweetness, acidity, richness and fruit texture.

Recipe ideas & pairings

• Try a strawberry-flavoured chilled drink recipe.
• Pair with vanilla in a frozen dessert.
• Combine with raspberry in a two-berry fruit ice.
• Use alongside biscuit flavour in a strawberry dessert-inspired blend.

Assess the strawberry flavour in the chosen base before adding another berry or dessert component so each addition has a clear purpose.

Using the concentrate

Dilute into the intended food or beverage recipe. Test a small measured trial at serving temperature before scaling up. Follow the product label and keep the concentrate away from heat, sparks and flames.

Make a small test batch, measure each addition and mix thoroughly before assessing the result. Record the amount and final batch size so you can reproduce your recipe. Measuring tools help keep small adjustments consistent. For DIY e-liquid, follow a recipe and product-specific suitability guidance; food-use guidance does not establish suitability for inhalation.
