RF Sweet Strawberry | Capella (20/50/100ml)

RF Sweet Strawberry by Capella is a strawberry flavour concentrate for fruit drinks, frozen desserts and confectionery-inspired recipes. Use it as the strawberry component, then try vanilla, cream-style flavours or citrus as partners.

Flavour profile

This is Capella’s Sweet Strawberry RF product, a separate listing from Sweet Strawberry. Build a strawberry-led recipe and set the finished sweetness with your chosen base and other ingredients.

Recipe ideas & pairings

• Try a strawberry-flavoured soda-style drink.
• Pair with vanilla in a frozen dessert.
• Use in a suitable strawberry dessert drink base.
• Combine with lemon in a strawberry lemonade-style recipe.

Assess the strawberry flavour before adding extra sweetener or a dessert partner, then adjust one ingredient at a time.

Using the concentrate

Dilute into the intended food or beverage application. Make a small measured trial in the actual base and assess it at serving temperature before scaling up.

Make a small test batch, measure each addition and mix thoroughly before assessing the result. Record the amount and final batch size so you can reproduce your recipe. Measuring tools help keep small adjustments consistent. For DIY e-liquid, follow a recipe and product-specific suitability guidance; food-use guidance does not establish suitability for inhalation.
